By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gw99apk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on gw99apk. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, gw99apk may close all accounts without prior notice and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if they change. gw99apk is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
3.4 KYC Verification. All Members must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. gw99apk may request re-verification at any time at its discretion.
3.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through gw99apk's Responsible Gaming tools are prohibited from registering new accounts. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in permanent banning.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gw99apk Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gw99apk will never ask for your password.
4.2 Account Activity. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs on your Account, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gw99apk immediately via the 24/7 live chat.
4.3 Personal Use Only. Accounts on gw99apk are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, professional syndicate betting, or any use that may constitute market manipulation is prohibited.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on gw99apk are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by gw99apk.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on gw99apk is RM 30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. gw99apk targets same-day processing for verified accounts. Processing times may vary by payment method and by volume of concurrent requests.
5.5 No Withdrawal Without KYC. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification. This requirement cannot be waived.
5.6 Source of Funds. gw99apk reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Member's Account where this is required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in funds being held pending investigation.
5.7 Transaction Limits. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. VIP-tier Members may qualify for elevated limits at gw99apk's discretion.
6.1 Bonus Terms Apply. All bonuses and promotions offered by gw99apk are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. The specific terms for each promotion are published at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gw99apk monitors for patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion with other Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, gw99apk reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus balances that remain unused for 30 days from the date of credit will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on gw99apk is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generation (RNG) systems used in gw99apk's games are independently certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently audited figures.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all game categories.

11.2 gw99apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system errors, loss of data, or unavailability of the Platform for any reason.
11.3 gw99apk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 gw99apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, money laundering concerns, or regulatory instruction.
12.2 Upon Account closure for cause, gw99apk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method within a reasonable period.
12.3 A Member may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting gw99apk support. Any verified Real Money Balance will be returned after a security review.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data by gw99apk is governed by the gw99apk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gw99apk holds its gaming licence. In the event of any conflict, the gaming licence jurisdiction's law shall prevail over any other applicable law.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the gw99apk Platform, the Member must first contact gw99apk support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. gw99apk will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving formal written notification.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a panel appointed in accordance with the rules of the gaming authority under which gw99apk is licenced. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
gw99apk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at any given time constitutes the operative terms.
